new rig i need your advice

i just wana buy this stuff so plz tell me your advice if somethink wrong .

Asus P5W DH Deluxe, 975X (ATX, PCI-e, Sound, LAN, SATA II, RAID, 1394a

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 (S775, 2,4GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 4MB Boxed

G.Skill F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ 2Gb DDR2-800 (PC2-6400) HZ Series (4-4-4-12) Dual Channel kit.

Sapphire Radeon X1900 XT 512MB DDR3, (PCI-e, 2xDVI).

is the mobo and memory good , couse i need to overlock these thinks when i buy

looks good to me. if you check out the core2duo overclocking database it serves as a good comparison of what combinations work

yeh that is right it will be easy than . but i will need some help gys when i buy all the compinents couse i have never overlocked before.
