You do not say if you tested theGPU in another board?

Prime suspect if you do not get the resolution or any signal at all and the motherboards have been tested,

The issue with the display atm is that I do not get any display FROM the motherboard without having the GPU even installed in the system.

Mobo + CPU + RAM should at the very least post and ask for a boot device, but can't get any display from the system.
