I'd be tempted to change the PSU, hipers don't get a good name around here, they like to go bang Go for something like corsair, be quiet, pc power and cooling, much better in my opinion. You don't want to skimp on the PSU. Also for your spec you won't need an 800W supply, something smaller and better made will do you.

I'd also pay the little bit extra and get a 4850 over the 9800gt, a much better card for the money.
