New Router Help?

[On Holiday]

I'm looking for a new router which has capabilities to manage speed allocated to each device, or the option to set a speed for WiFi users.

I live quite far from my exchange leaving me with a maximum download speed of 150kb/s and upload speed of 40kb/s.
Which is getting hammered by other users streaming movies/uploading videos and whatnot.

ISP: BT - ADSL

Any routers that can do this?

Yeah we probably only get about maximum download speed of 125kbytes, so we're on roughly 1meg ish.

And yep, inconsiderate to say the least
