New Router/Modem Setup Help.

I got a new router/modem TD-W8968 to replace my Sky hub SR 101 I am having issues setting it up. I extracted the username & password using wire shark form my sky hub and used the following settings. (I'm not on fibre)

Username: ***********@skydsl
Password: *****
VCP/VCI: 0/38
Connection: PPPoA (over ATM)
Multiplexing Method: VC-Mux mode

No web page will load this is the results form the diagnostics I would call sky but they don't Support 3rd party routers.

Edit: I have tried Ping test: 8.8.8.8 and ping www.google.com no packet loss, another strange thing is I can join Teamspeak servers but not browse the internet.

I called TP link support no luck they told me to ask for replacement I think I will go for a asus or linksis router next time. Just seems strange it pings ok you but can't browse the Web...
