I have just had a 750Gb Samsung F1 start clicking when certain blocks are accessed so i am RMAing it. the last time i had to do this (about 6 months ago with another 750Gb F1) was with rexo which was great, now it is through the Samsung website.

I put in the serial number and clicked continue, it is now asking a number of questions on how the drive has been used, the English is pretty poor and doesn't make that much sense sometimes.

Has anyone RMA'd recently? what was the service like?

it doesn't fill me with too much confidence

It's still Rexo handling it so things should be as usual (I RMA'd a drive this week but I'm away so can't check if the replacement arrived). I agree that the Engrish application process is horrible as is printing the label they want. I had to install this barcode font that only worked in IE and still didn't print properly.

RMAd my 1TB F1 earlier this week. Printed the horrible labels and posted on Monday, got a brand new drive back via UPS yesterday.
