New SATA drive - Best cool enclosure?

Im going to be buying that new 7200.10 320gb drive. My IT guy said that my last IDE drives were running hot, and assume that will be the same when I get this drive installed, so think it might be best to buy an enclosure for it.

Whats the best enclosure to keep this real cool?

If possible mount a fan or two in front of the drives as it would be the cheaper option.

It *shouldn't* get hot enough to cause problems unless your case has no airflow what so ever. If it is sat behind a front intake it will be fine.

Im sure that it wouldnt, but its nice just to be on the safe side and to protect me, and then when it comes to a new machine I can just move the caddy from the old drive to the new one, as they dont make them for nothing, but the best one from here just says "Out" with no mention when they will have new stock :confused:
