New Seats and other bits for the Forester

Managed to get some Seats from a Forester Sti - much nicer than the leather armchairs that were in there before. I prefer them in black as well rather than the blue ones you normally get in the Imprezas..

Alson now have a SECS monitor (no, not that kind) which plugs into the OBD port and gives you all kinds of info like boost, etc etc and with additional sensors Oil temp / pressure.

The Head Unit is a Kenwood DDX-6029 double din DVD, satnav, TMC, Ipod etc and I've had a Kenwood roof screen put in with a PS2 install to keep the kids quiet !

Loads more mods coming up including remap and stuff so watch this space

Remap ! Target 330 bhp/340 torques :cool:

Impreza Sti Steering Wheel
Impreza Sti Steering Rack
Wilwood 6 pot front and 4 pot rear brakes to replace the prodrive fronts (you know you've lost it when you start upgrading the previous upgrades)

Cobb Shifter - adjustable for height and throw
Leather trim the front seats

...am I addicted ? .......

£200 for a single hose :eek:

I still cant justify it given its total lack of performance return

hundred is OK I guess, its on the end of my mod list, I'm addicted like you! just sent back my td05/06 and am ordering a greedy turbo now with an external wastegate!
fallen in love with the chatter from the ext gates and just had to have one!

I like the sound of a Greedy Turbo - is that one where when you put your foot down it keeps coming back for more ?

I must admit to just putting a GFB Dump Valve on - just getting the hand of scaring pedestrians and cyclists

luckily it's adjustable to fully recirc as I suspect I'll be getting fed up with it in a couple of weeks !

You will have to get some Off roadish type/Origanal wheels and a Suspension kit that allowes you to lower and highten the car so you can go drive down beaches and dirt bumpy roads

Funny enough a set of AST's are on the list for much later on but not for that reason
