Yeah, all good points, and things we thought long and hard about, however the site does actually work with screen readers (as most are fine with javascript) and can be used without a mouse, so in the real world it is actually useable, unless someone has taken the decision to actually turn off javascript for their own reasons. I'm not saying it couldn't be better, but commercially you have to take a real world view at some point.

OP site is a little overdone with the 'web 2.0' styling but I think it looks good.

really like those 3 sites that i have seen you've made. did you get giraffee because of the strada website?

i wish i had time to concentrate on web design again, cleaning toilets some reason doesn't quite do it for me.

strada is an aweful place to eat, well the one in guildford is at least. i had vouchers for there so thankfully no real loss, but i much prefer the alternatives in the town.

I'm not sure if it makes me hungry, but I could happily spend a bit of time playing with all the animation. I like very much the search system where it hides the output until it's got it all then fades it in. Yes, the search page is excellent!

What's happening in the intermediate screen where there is a short pause (contacting paypal - grey box, white background) as you're only sending a cart over via website payments standard?

My girlfriend and I are going to this restaurant with a bunch of friends for her birthday tonight.

I just had a look at their site to view the menu and thought it looked really familiar, then remember this thread!
