Hi guys I got current OS (upgraded win 8.1 to win 10) on HDD. I have bought new ssd and I need to move my OS to it. Is better to migrate the system or should I do fresh install?

might be easier to do a clean install, your original install with be in ide mode? if you set to ahci before installing then clone would be easier (on your p55 board)

I don't know the reg tweak for win 10 to enable ahci sata port without re installing

Samsung 850 evo

crucial mx or bx range

in that order depending on budget (best regarding value for money/performance and reliability)

that depends on how much storage space you have used. if you have barely installed games, applications, etc to your hard drive, you can choose a clean install. but if you have save many data, instead of reinstalling windows and programs, I 'd suggest you clone system to ssd. I often use a freeware AOMEI Backupper Standard to do such things. details: http://www.backup-utility.com/clone/migrate-operating-system-to-ssd.html
