New storage driver not showing in My Computer

I currently have a Crucial M4 SSD (C boot drive and a 500gb Western Digital storage drive (E and have just received a Seagate Barracuda 1tb drive. All three drives are conected to SATA 3 port on my motherboard.

The seagate drive is listed in Device manage and is recognised by Seatools and is in fine health (see pic).




I'm rather puzzled as to why the drive is not showing up in Windows. Have I missed a step somewhere?

Open disc management and make sure it has been assigned a drive letter.
