New system built but i have an issue...

I have just built myself a new system and installed two storage drives in the process.
When i installed Windows it showed both drives and asked me which drive to select to install Windows onto.
I selected the one i wanted and completed the install without any issues.

However only drive C is visible in Windows but the other drive is not.

I can see it present in Device Manager and in BIOS so what do i need to do to make it be seen by Windows so i can use that drive.

In disk management create a partition.

Right click on my computer and select manage, storage then disk management.
