hey fellas

just received my new system and Im looking to get some games for it. Currently I have diablo 3, anno2070 and League of Legends.

So I'd like to stock up on some games, budget is around 200-350.

I'm interested in FPS/RPG/RTS and definately like eyecandy. I dont know any games out there on the market

System specs are
3720QM
16GB ram
512 SSD
GTX680m
Killer Wireless

any recommendations?
 
Total War Shogun 2 - eye candy rts
The Witcher 2 - eye candy rpg
Tribes Ascend - eye candy fps

Possibly BF3 but I'm not a massive fan, and neither are a lot on here.

Kingdoms of Amalur is a very underated game, reminds me of fable. Worth a play through if you can pick it up cheaply.
The widescreen fov fix is a must though.
 
Huge second vote for Shogun TW 2.

I've recently built a new rig with an i5 and a 670 and it looks Shogun looks fantastic!!
Awesome game too so it's win win :D

Edit: Oooh!! Get Batman AC too, brilliant, brilliant game :)

Got crysis 2 - completely sucked. got bored after about 10 minutes. It also seems like a very dumbed down version of the original. Very boring.

Would you recommend Skyrim for someone who played Oblivion for 30 mins and got bored? I could never see the appeal of Oblivion even though so many people love it.

any new top notch isometric RPG's like diablo 3?
 
dead island, deus ex human revolution, skyrim, fallout 3, fallout new vegas, GTA IV, mass effect 1,2,3, sleeping dogs, shogun 2, max payne 3, metro 2033, civ 5, warhammer 40k space marine...

phew! loads more too..
 
Starcraft 2, Torchlight 2 (diablo3 but better, releases in the next month or two), Darksiders 2, Guildwars 2 (releases on Saturday), Shogun 2... I'm sure I'm missing some more of the 2's! ;D
 
RPG + FPS = Skyrim

..Okay it's 100% an RPG, but plays like an FPS (1st person)

..Guild Wars 2 (MMORPG) is coming out on Saturday (Pre - purchase), deffo worth the investment!
