And the problem has arisen again, when i pull my mouse over an open program, the mouse slows up and drags, Im lost

I'd be quite tempted to do some tests on the hard drive, I had similar lock ups a few years ago, turned out I had quite a chunk of bad sectors that windows was trying to write too.

You tried a defrag etc..?

yea my hdd is always kept as clean as i can keep it, i use smart defrag and error checked it before i upgraded my parts, it has only been like this since i installed these new parts.

also the post is showing cpu fan error ?

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and was HDD problems....I ran chkdsk and found loads of bad sectors and after the auto fix all was good. Not sure what the command is in win7 though soz

computer just restarted on its own there, and went to a blue screen, a box showed up saying "windows has recovered from a an unexpected shutdown" and it said that these 2 files had more info ?
