New system - What extras do I need?

Phoned this morning, and after a bit of confusion between sales and support about which of them I should speak to *1, the second sales guy said, "We'll get one to you for tomorrow."

Which is nice.

*1 I phoned sales, they said support, support said it was sale's problem. Fortunately the second sales guy agreed. All of them were nice and polite and the phone was answered promptly.
