new system issues, just built my new system last night, only to have come across what i assume is a serious problem, first of all it all seems to boot up fine, go to start installing windows, and its just hangs on the expanding files part of installation, and sometimes offers up and error message, but will never proceed past this, so i installed windows on to the harddrive from another computer and put it back in the system, not ideal but just wanted to make sure it worked, again boots up fine, get the windows loading page then i get BSOD.
have tryed many different things so far, from RAM, HDD, GPU's but always end up with same result.
no warning beeps or lights from MOBO no other error messages.
in my limited knowledge i suspect it could be MOBO/CPU related as these are the only things i havnt changed out as i dont have any spares.
but either way i'm stumped.
running out of patience and time, need this system up and running soon i'm only back for 2 weeks and want to get this squared before i leave.

can anyone offer up any suggestions, before i depart with some hard earned to have someone look at it, dont want to but just dont have the time at the moment to be chasing issues.

Is that a Vertex 3?

You have probably found your problem.

Try and update to the latest firmware and see if it solves the issue.

I believe you do not have to be in Windows to update it.
