Don't bother with 16gb RAM, unless you're getting it for a very good price. What type RAM is it?

The PSU could be better. Do you plan to add another GPU in the future? If not, get a good quality PSU at a lower wattage (Antec and Seasonic both have good 620w models). If yes, spend a bit more on a better one. Again, Seasonic are good, and Corsair's RM series is well priced at the moment.

Get an SSD!

Its 16GB GSkill Ripjaws X Red 8GB DDR3 1333 PC3-10666 Memory RAM F3-10666CL9S-8GBXL
currently at £50.
Id like to add another GPU but at the moment i just want to get it built....in time, instead of adding a GPU i could upgrade to R9 290 or somthing??
Is my CPU and MOBO a good combination??

1333mhz, is that? Some extra speed would do you more good than the extra 8gb. Here's something to go with the motherboard: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-044-AR

The CPU and motherboard is essentially what I have (only I've got the mATX version), and I'm very happy with it.

Seriously, though, get yourself an SSD: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-026-KS&groupid=701&catid=2104&subcat=1427

What is your overall budget?

EDIT: Speaking of cooling, you haven't got a CPU cooler on that list.

I like the flashing RAM...a lot....
I was told as their so new SSD are prone to crash, i was told a WD Raptor was best but there a bit to rich for me and i cant get the answer i want of how big SSD is the same as 1Tb HDD...
My budget is £750ish and i need the GPU, second hand £150ish and a screen if my TV is not good enough.
I assumed cooling would be by the supplied heatsink and by fans in the case???

If you won't be overclocking, the heatsink that comes with the CPU will be sufficient, if a little noisy. Otherwise you'll need an aftermarket one.

SSDs are as reliable as any HDD, as far as I know. And they are much, much faster. A 1TB SSD is the same size as a 1TB HDD. The price per GB is just much higher for SSDs at the moment. So you get an SSD for your OS, apps, and some games, and an HDD for your other files. With your budget it might be wise to keep it as a near-future upgrade, though.
