New Television - £1000 budget

Hi

Its been about 8 years since I last bought a television so I am a little out of the loop. I have a budget of of around £1000 but would be willing to stretch it a little bit, perhaps up to $1100 if it was really worth it.

The TV will be plugged into a media PC, blurry player and perhaps a games console

I see some OLED TVs go for £1000 now such as the LG B7 but unsure if OLED would be the best route. It seems like LED still has some advantages such as input lag, refresh rate and brightness. I am not a big gamer so input lag is not a huge consideration for me, but I might play the odd console game.

I have also read that OLED is more susceptible to burn in and as I'll be using this as a monitor it could be a problem. I am not sure how much of an issue this is with newer OLED panels though?

I don't intend to wall mount.

Thanks
