New TF2 weapons

Originally they were 'hats' then since the demo/solider update they got reclassified to 'misc' and had the same drop/crafting qualities as weapons then since yesterday or the day before its been moved back to 'hat' status.

You can now take two of those three camera beards and turn them into a new random hat :D
