If you have some general questions, id post a new thread in the 'General Hardware' section, with an appropriate title. If you have a browse you'll see there are also more specific sections for other queries. A Graphics Card section for queries about GPU's for example. 
If you post in the wrong place, the admin / mod team are generally good at moving threads in an effort to help people find the answers they need.
