I've just installed Ubuntu 6.10 and i'm finding it very good. It's quite daunting at first when coming from a lifetime of windows but i'm slowly getting used to it. Managed to sort minor niggles i've had. the only problem i have is my webcam isn't supported, guess i shouldn't have bought a cheap webcam lol.

If anybody has any tips or advice please tell me, i'm sure they will come in handy.

Ah no i'm not bothered about the webcam, hardly use it anyway. Just any general tips and advice on living with linux day in day out would be helpful. I'm liking it a lot btw, very clean and fast.
