Hi I'm new to pc...I got a prebuild and looking to upgrade if it improves my experience.
Here are my specs:

Processor:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X (6 Cores up to 4.6GHz, 32MB Cache)

Memory:
16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz (2x8GB)

Hard Drive:
Seagate FireCuda 510 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe & Seagate 2TB BarraCuda

GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB *

Power Supply:
Corsair 750W TX750M

Motherboard:
ASUS PRIME B550M-K

Cooling:
Coolermaster Hyper 212 RGB

Not really worth upgrading anything there. I can't imagine it struggling, unless you're playing games at 4K or doing something demanding like rendering?

Take it this is for gaming?

Your RTX 3070 is a good current gen GPU ideal for gaming up to 1440P, and the 5600X is a good cpu also. PSU gold rated and great for a 3070. As above, looks well balanced to me

Not really going to effect anything, but you could add a 2nd nvme for your games storage rather than keeping everything on the HDD. As more games implement Directstorage into their games you'll need to play from a gen3 nvme or higher to utilize it. ATM, you could just transfer the game to your primary drive which will work also so adding another nvme not essential at all.

I included a couple of 2tb below. The SN750 is gen 3, the SN850 is gen4. Both on offer atm. Below that 2 gen4 1tb drives. the gen3 sn750 is £99.99 so for the exta £10 might as well go gen4 if going 1tb route

just stressing again, not essential but nice to have...

That’s a solid build right there so unless it’s not giving you 60fps or making you unhappy in any way, keep it as is.

Itchy upgrade trigger finger?

I have almost the same specs, no need to add to build apart from what others have said, a second storage NVME-if you have a spare slot. Unless you plan on 4K gaming, then you would have to spend about £900.00 for an RTX 3080.

At 1080P or 1440p, should perform fine.

Maybe double the RAM? Or get 3600Mhz 32 Gb kit?
