I would save some money going for the 3600 now, also going for a solid b450 motherboard, and invest the saved money on a better GPU. A slightly bigger sad would help, as you'll have more space to install your games. A good motherboard almost voids the need of a dedicated sound card, unless you're using high end speakers and can tell the difference. I can't.

Seems to be the best bang per buck now the 3600 + MSI b450. The 3700x would give you longevity, but a better GPU would do more for you at games than a more expensive processor can ever do, unless going nuts at the budget. The GPU recommend is some variant of the 570XT. Choosing one with a better cooling system and longer warranty is a wise move.
Monitor is a personal choice. Even going with a Nvidia GPU, there's quite some monitor V-sync compatible which are G-sync compatible too.
Can't recall the RAM being recommend around, but 16GB should be plenty now, and at 80 pounds area, even going with 32GB now can be tempting.
The most important aspect of the case is airflow. Had previously a Phanteks P400S, which I think looks nice, but the airflow was poor. Even populating all the available areas for fans. A good airflow would allow you to keep good temperatures for your GPU and CPU, without the need for an aftermarket cooling solution.
At least until now, overclocking the Ryzen isn't worth, so unless the airflow is poor, the stock fan should do. If willing to use one, the Dark Rock Pro 4 is a beast of a cooler.
