Sorry about this, this does seem a tad confusing - so we have to-do lists? like buy bread, fight dog, hit gym that we tick off, then I hear "tasks", "notes" and "memos" are they the same or what?

Also which software for Windows and Android? also any other originsing apps/software that I should use?

I have Outlook installed with Office which is for email, rss feeds (rss I may move to web based) but the sheer amount of programs: Evernote, Any.do, Google Keeper

I will list what I have

PC Outlook, Evernote and for Firefox I am hoping to use an iGoogle alt: Netvibes, Ustart (these can have todo's etc)

I like the look of Evernote.

Look at OneNote its free from Microsoft now, available I believe on every OS out there.

Links to your Microsoft account, really like it.

Personally I use Springpad as I use these services mainly for web-clippings etc rather than todo lists.

I use OneNote a lot at work, and the desktop app is really good. Not sure the web counterparts are as good yet but I'm sure they'll catch up.

OneNote is quite good with the major benefit of being able to interact with the rest of the Office suite. It's not as feature rich as Evernote and can sometimes be a bit counterintuitive (for some reason the same commands in Word do different things in OneNote for instance).

I might get shot for suggesting this but evernote?

I used to use Catch notes, but this was shut down - probably because there wasn't much money in peoples notes. Had to move to something and that was Evernote.

So far Any.do and some others I made to-do lists. I like iGoogle alts like Netvibes and they have todo lists you can have on home page - can that type sync with a Windows based one?

I liked Evernote as I can make a note on say "desk mods" or something and add pics and plan out how I would like mine. (pc in desk :D)

Onenote looks a shot to try!

Webclippings seemsgood but

Genius Scan I wanna try so all my paper I have I can digitalise. 3 boxes full!!
and Feedly!!

One thing is I like this rss stuff for modding sites thefact I stay updated. Blogs too, I add them too Outlook atm? or wannted to try iGoogle home page alt for em but will use feedly

thanks
