Just got back from putting down a deposit and sorting out an p/ex deal on my new car.

2005 (05) S2000 in Moonrock Grey with Red/Black Leather interior.

I'm collecting it on Saturday, but here's a few phone cam pics.

I think there are a few owners on here now, so looking forward to hearing their positive feedback :)

dont speak to Will Gill. hes not their biggest fan!

you have to rev them hard to get the most from them. fun car, but i think it would annoy me if i drove it on a daily basis. :)

You're going to get soooooo bored, I give it a month before you get another VX!

In my oppinion the S2000 is better than the VX. Fair enough the VX N/A probably slightly edges it in handling and off the mark. However the S2000 is a far nicer play to be, the engine is far superior and sounds better than pretty much any other car. Plus they look stunning and women will just want to get in with you.

The S2000 is a damn good car that can be used on a daily basis and has the potential to be an animal. :)
I'd take the S2000 any day over a VX220, it looks nicer, better engine, nearly as good handling, pretty much same performance and its a far nicer place to be with a much better gear box too.

The VX220 Turbo is obviously a lot quicker but still think I'd take the S2000 over one, just for me the S2000 has the ability to be a great track weapon but also works as a daily driver and is an absolute hoot with the roof down. :D

Enjoy the car!!

I had a ride in one of these not long ago, performance was average, good looks though.

The one thing that was bad though was the wind noise... omfg, i really wouldn't buy one just for that.

Of course you'd get higher levels of wind noise than a tintop! You've only got a single skinned roof!

The road noise (wind/tyre/road) is quieter in the S than in my current car.

VX220+Micra160sr.

Sold the VX last sunday and arranged the p/ex deal with the Micra today.

The S is quieter than both. Obviously if I compared it to a BMW or Merc, then the road noise would be higher etc.
