Very tempted to get a pair. Promised myself not to buy anymore untill christmas though as Ive bought around 7 pairs already this year

Tried a pair of the top ones on myself the other week, wasn't sure about the way the Velcro looked under my jeans though

Got two colourways of the Rekord in on friday, I liked the blue one till I saw the gum sole on it

I like the look of the gum style sole.

It does look a little lighter than the sole on my Spezial's though.

Adidas Grand Slam were lush

I remember running around in Adidas kick, Puma match or scaemer(spelling) & Nike divisions before moving on to a classy (fkin horrible more like) pair of Adidas zx8000c torsion trainers. Ah the 80's were great for trainers.

I like my trainers to be black & white or at least something not too loud, the wee wee stained ones the OP posted are just minging. I have a pair of Puma trainers atm, just black with the white puma logo, plain & comfy.......god I'm old :'(

I had several pairs of Puma 'super' Match

They were exactly the same as the normal Puma Match, except they had a thin red trim around the Puma stripe

I would love another pair of Nike division's, pretty sure that was the name of them anyway. I also loved my old Adidas Samba's, they were & still are quite nice trainers imho, they used to be great for 5 a side matches too.

I remember super match trainers as well, the problem with match was that they looked knackered 10 mins after coming out of the box.
