New Trainers

My new adidas gazelle skates:

Never had so many positive comments from a pair of trainers before! Very pleased :)
 
Adidas are starting to go a bit downhill at the minute. They are just churning out random colourways of the same design over and over.

The odd re-issue of a classic now and again but on the whole, nothing fantastic from them in ages...

Spot on.

To me they are targetting a new market with the younger generation of teenagers with all these 'weird' Forest Hills colourways. In my view its spolit the whole Forest Hills appeal for me. They should go back to the classic look and keep the colours simple.

The only recent releases that follow a classic simple style look are the Blue/Gum sole Rekord's. Apart from those, nothing recent has caught my attention.

Ive been hunting around mainly for the older stuff, Samba's, Bamba's, Trim Trab's, SL76's, Gazelle's, Spezial's and city series etc.

What has made it worse is the launch of Size? and Adidas Originals stores. Retro re-issues are high street and it's nigh on impossible to get a decent pair of trainers that are unique without shelling out big bucks.

At the match today, every tom dick and harry had a pair of classic Adidas on and its put me right off...
