Did my knee in pretty badly about 2 years ago, Ended up buying a set of Skechers as someone said they would help, now I wont wear any other brand.

just got new decathlon shop trainers heres a pic of old and new ones



apparently 35 quid but rung up as 28 quid and super comfy and light plus tons of tread as their rough terrain ones

also replaced my boots earlier as well my old ones were falling apart after years of use and cost about 70 quid, the new ones cost the same


the old ones used to have a nice blue and yellow on them, very similar boots

With the Bootcamp well underway, I've been told by the Mrs I need some waterproof winter trainers to cope with the outdoors/wet etc. Popped along to JD Sports - gawd they're **** when it comes to actual sports footwear. However I did manage to find these at £39 (50% original price) Everything else seemed like an invitation for skating trip to A&E.

Happy with that.
