New training plan, size strength and goodness

Oh god no, I keep it at home, I'm at the gym to work out and keep an eye on my form but that's it. :)

As for the the overhead pulls, I agree it does the lats, but for me at any rate I certainly feel it on the chest too - maybe it's the way I do them? There's certainly a lot of evidence that it does do both from what I can see.
 
the only posing in the mirror for me is when im shrugging / deadlifting (top of rep) or doing 1 arm cable tricep pull downs or cable overhead curls (of which the last 2 are only done in the very rare occasion that I cannot do something else).
 
Squats alt w/ deads on wednesday doesn't seem strange to me, its a leg lower back exercise and im doing those on wednesday with upper back and traps being interleaved with shoulders on the friday, call me crazy but that seems pretty by the numbers!?!?

For a different type of routine then it MIGHT work, but you're doing a 3 day split, Don't swap squats and deads around. Deads once every 2 weeks on a back day.

Deads are and always have been primarily a back exercise.

How are you training your traps on the friday? It's shoulders shoulders shoulders a tiny bit of back. I stick by what I've already said, I think it looks terrible.
