Hey there, recently i upgraded pretty much everything in my pc, and ive just tried loading up wow to see how it plays and now it stutters, its not smooth at all and i have no idea what is wrong, i can go from anywhere around 100 fps and drop to 25-30 then it will go back up to ~100 and drop again, it will keep doing this.

Here are the upgrades

Intel Core i5 2500k 3.3 (Sandy Bridge)
MSI P67A-G45 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION **
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)
Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Im also playing on a LG W2363D 23" TRUE 120Hz 3D Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black

i have no idea what the issue is so any advice or knowlegde would be greatly appreciated

thanks

Is it just FPS drops in WOW or all games? If its multiple games its a possible hardware issue, WOW only and could be a addon issue or specific gfx issue

Is the monitor recognized in the display driver? is it at 120hz refresh?

yeh i installed the monitors drivers and its at 120hz refresh

Ok stupid question maybe but you got the - 2 x 6-pin PCI-E connectors plugged in?

yep both are connected

One thing, i am running 2 screens, one being a tft that i use for web browsing, music etc. would that have any impact?

I havnt tried any other games, most others i play on the ps3 as thats what a lot of my other mates play on, just wow on the pc. i do have bf:bc2 that i can try. Gonna try wow with no addons and see if that makes any difference

just tried battlefield and some bits it hangs on, and the other squad members stutter as they run, Almost like they are shaking from side to side

and now wow is hanging on the loading into game screen, wont even do anything

Any updates?

Yes! after no luck i decided to clean off the nvidia drives and try my old GFX (ati HD 5770) and it is working a treat, so i guess my gtx560ti is faulty.

Im a little annoyed about it tbh, i wanted to go with nvidia because of 3D vision but im considering scrapping that and staying with ATI.
