ah poop, thats pretty lame cos the 560ti is a great card for the price, give the RMA line a call first pop tomorrow and get a RMA number set up (found its quicker and easier to deal with over the phone than by webnote)
Ya'll need to state you want a refund tho and wait for the cash to clear before ordering the new card as they will only replace your card upon receipt with a item of same model, but hey ho at least you found out pretty quickly and not months down the line, GL with the return
