new VLC prob

When im browsing the internet in FF, my VLC stutters and splutters all over the shop - this only happened on upgrade - does it require more resources now or soemthing ??

my specs

3500+ AMD
1gig ram
i've got a built in crappy sound card too


maybe this should be in windows software

this happens to me, sometimes it is perfectly fine tho

tried enabling higher priority in VLC settings?

that will give slightly better resources/managment to VLCs control....

Either that or dual cores an easier fix
