New Voda Contract

I want the K850i but that isn't out yet. I need a new contract now, could I get one of the Voda sim only contracts and then when the K850i is out will it be pretty easy to phone them up and 'upgrade' ?

Sim only contracts dont come with a phone and they are a rolling contract from month to month so no fixed term.

When the phone does come out with Voda you can just simple cancel your sim only contract and take out a new contract.

They may allow you to change from the sim only contract to a fixed term one but im not sure

Why dont just wait till its out. Early october it should be out. Go down the PAYG route for now.

Because a sim only contract is about £30 a month with 500 minutes and 1000texts. No PAYG phone will give me that much for that little credit.

EDIT > Now the call centre is open I have just spoken to them and they say it will be fine to switch it to a fixed term contract, so I'll do that. It will be easier and mean I only need to use one PAC code (i.e. now) as I can just get on to Vodafone next week sometime and then get the K850i as soon as it comes out.
