My car is a sleeper.....of sorts. It looks like it can go 12871278127mph but in reality it's not as fast as it looks

year the gear lever is rather massive!

fixing the wheels and short shift kit will have to wait I seem to have grossly overspent during my house move and as such have precisely bugger all cash left for the month, its not even the 1st

still at least I can geek in style and drive quickly to and from my work (half a mile down the road....)

To me and the majority of the public who doesn't look for that M badge or can tell the difference in all these E numbers which btw goes ove the head over 99.9999999% of the population, a BMW is a BMW, on the outside it looks no different to a 318 to me.

It looks meaty - meatier than a standard 3 series... but as you say I'm probably more likely to notice than a non car enthusiast, however it's not REALLY a sleeper Ray!!
