I know some of you in here are into your watches, wondering if anyone has heard of damasko?

Anyway they are made in germay, a family run business ( i think at the moment there is just one watchmaker), similar style to Sinn but better made if anything.

These are notoriously difficult to get despite their lowish price (mine is the DA36 which is the intro model €750 prices steadily increasing :(). I ordered mine on the tenth of Jan from the one authorised reseller that would actually take my order ( a guy in Germany).

It arrived today, and i love it! It is also one of the few sub €2k watches that actually holds its value, sometimes selling for above RRP second hand.

Looks like my next watch!

I've got Tag, Omega and Rolex. I was going to purchase an Anonimo as like a trendy going out type of watch, but the above is very hot and I want!

thanks lads, thought id get no responses leading to thread failure!

There are a few watches on my hitlist, rolex sea dweller and a panerai of some descripton, but i am really taken with this plus at the price point it still retains rarity given the small production :).

Good question actually. I don't really like watches to be honest. I saw a really nice Rolex once for £13k but I think my max budget is probably about £100 for a watch :D

I think I quite like it as well. It looks like a watch that will grow old gracefully, rather than end up looking dated in a few years.
