Was in Ikea the other week and say this and thought,I have to have it!

Stainless steel table top, 150cm x 75cm.

Original plan was to mount it length ways and use it for putting photos on with magnets. Wouldn't fit that way so just going to use top half for photos and bottom half as a noticeboard/whiteboard.

It was down from something like €90 to €35. Came as is with this little dent on the bottom:

And yes the walls are shocking, some sort of textured wallpaper painted over :( It's my girlfriends grandas house so until he...goes to a better place... it stays that way :(

No real point to this thread, but i've seen worse.

the wallpaper is called woodchip - it used to be all popular cause it hides how badly your walls are plastered but its a right hoohar to get off - horrible stuff!

NOOOOOOOOO!!!! Woodchip paper... That stuff is a plague...

Good luck getting it off, my advice, burn it with fire! lol

ags

edit: also, isnt that a bit mean, planning what to do with the old mans house and 'waiting' for him to pop it? It's his house still lol.

Sort the top screws out!

Drill bit wasnt the right size and it kept slippin when it got tight :o need a bigger one.

The whole room looks like its from the 60s/70s or earlier. Don't care what it looks like, its practical. It also hides some of that stupid woodchip stuff :(

Major flaw in Op's plan..............stainless steel is non magnetic :p

And why is the first item on the list "Kill Emma?"
