New windows install - Asus BIOS no bootable devices

Hi all
Just built my 1st PC in over 10 years and got a Win10 iso on a usb. Got a post and I can see the usb and m.2 within the storage options in the bios but can’t get it to boot from the USB. Actually it’s saying there aren’t any bootable devices to prioritise. If I go into the advanced menus>boot> enable launch CSM. Then I can attempt to choose the USB but when I reboot I get a msg saying to remove other devices and reboot again. I’m just not sure what settings to change, if it’s a dodgy iso on the usb or a possible security issue. Everything is second hand.

Specs are -
X570-P (2606 x64)
5900x h100i cooler
32gb Corsair pro ram
1tb m.2
Rm850
4000D

Yeah it was a link directly form microsoft chat, created the iso and saved to a usb. I’ve not used rufus before but will have a look. Ok will try and fix a fix whilst keeping CSM disabled. Will a bios update be beneficial? Thanks Andrew
 
I can see the usb register in the bios under storage when it’s plugged in, but it’s not being seen as bootable. I will go and buy another usb today to double check.
 
I will try this on another usb, does anyone have a link to win10 media? I used a link in Microsoft chat. Or should I just use Rufus?

I bought a new usb and used Rufus, loaded the win install straight away. Thanks all hopefully it should be sorted now
