Aye the wireless PC adaptor lets you use all the wireless 360 controllers/peripherals on your PC. Its not a replacement for the wireless network adaptor.

Oooh that wireless headset looks the biz, will definitely be getting one. The steering wheel looks nice but im waiting for the logitech one with force feedback, from what i have read the logitech one is the best steering wheel out at the mo for the 360
