hi guys,

i will shortly be moving house. the place i am moving to has a plasma hanging on the wall. it sounds like all the connections for the plasma are taken through the wall and connected in a cupoard with sky plus etc etc.

there is a corridor leading into the lounge from where the 360 will sit, but the wall will be inbetween.

if i connect my xbox 360 behind this wall will my wireless controllers work?

hope that makes sense!

thanks

g

Depends what the wall is made of, if its part of the house structure or just a partition, but I would hazard a guess and say it will be fine. My controllers stay connected when there are several interior walls between them and the console.

The remote wont work though :p

Should be fine mate, I frequently talk to my brother on xbox live via the wireless controller from out in our back garden when the xbox is up in my office at the front of the house.

Not sure on the range but ive never had any issues including going to get beer and still talking onlive. Might be abit of a pain swaping disks mind you.

If it helps in any way. My house is pretty ancient, quite thick walls etc. My console is in one corner, and I can easily go from one end of the house to t'other, into the kitchen to make a brew or even outside for a ciggie and still have access and talk via a wireless controller. They really are exceptional pieces of kit.
