New year plans

Staying in with the missus having a couple of bottles of bubbly and then to the beach tomorrow for a day with the kids before going back go work on Thursday. Perfect in my eyes
 
Having a quiet one to end the decade. Just cooked a Roast and ate six Yorkshire Puds so I ain't going anywhere for a while... Thank goodness my laptop was within arms reach
 
We're visiting friends of friends and then apparently a bar/club night in Bermondsey. First time going out in... maybe 7 or 8 years? Living in London, I did a few NYE in town before realising it was a ballache.

But 2020 is about saying yes to things and thinking less, doing more. At least it's fairly local to me rather than central London, and with nice mates to boot.

Oven food is on the go and I look forward to getting in shortly after midnight and having more snacks ;)
 
Don’t do much really, with a 7 week old I’m sure unless I’m feeding him at midnight we’ll be asleep. Never been a big fan of NYE and the hype around it though I do like to see the fireworks in London.
 
We have 7 month old twins and three in bed already so not doing a lot. Had a curry and now will just watch the new year come in and go to bed, unless the planets align then you never know.... :)
 
I was going to get drunk on one of the selection of spirits on hand (Rum, Brandy, Vodka, Whiskey) yet while I live alone I find I can't be bothered after all. So cups of coffee it is. :(
 
Been watching space documentaries on YouTube all night. About to go to bed and watch the new year on TV and carry on with YouTube :p

This morning I did plan on going out tonight but I don't feel in any kind of party mood or going out mood tonight so I just stayed in..

I feel the older I get the more boring I get :(

Yeah I couldn't be arsed. Watched some fireworks earlier from my bedroom window.

Watched some on TV. They looked quite a lot like the fireworks from last year, and the year before, and...

Also am only 1 month away from being 50 and when I go into town everyone like 18 to 25 so I very rarely go out now :mad:
