New Years Eve 2011

Actually scrap the doing nothing. I'm gonna go for a run at about 11:55 up to the top of a hill where i can see down across town, should be a ton of fireworks going off
 
I had planned to go for dinner with my girlfriend and then to a house party together, but she wants a "few days space".

So I'm having a couple of cans now watching the Arsenal match.

hahah I'd rather not, I'll be taxi tonight, means I haven't got to wait years for a taxi and I can head off to lincoln tomorrow without a hangover. Although I must admit I was considering not taking them over christmas and new year seeing as it's for a supposed gum infection which I'm pretty sure i don't have.
 
House party round ours tonight. Got spotify hooked up to the surround sound. Made a slideshow of pictures from all the things everyone has done this year. Weddings, stag / hen do's, birthdays etc. I have mainly chosen all the silly photos in total. Ill be leaving that running on the TV all night.

Also got a MASSIVE pan of beef stew (or scouse as its reffered to round here!) on the go to feed everyone :)

And for people staying, there's gonna be one HELL of a fry up in the morning.

Wish I had spotify on this laptop, got 1000w speakers in the lounge :D guess I'll have to make do with downloading everything to USB and whacking the USB drive in there :)
 
For me plans fell through to go to Nottingham for new years, but I'm not too fussed. Got a few cans in the fridge, will order some chinese and game/watch movies.
 
I'll be staying in keeping my Mum company - my Dad passed away in the summer and I don't want her to be alone tonight.

Here's hoping 2012 is a better year.

My condolences to you and your family, my hamster passed away this morning. It's really sad that he didn't see the new year :(
