We're having a meal delivered by the restaurant then feet up in front of a log fire watching movies. At midnight we'll be across the road enjoying our neighbours fireworks.

What will you be doing tonight?

Probably just end up in the local. Quite expensive for taxi's or getting into venues on new years eve.

Cooking a duck roast, picking up misses from train station when she comes back from work, enjoy dinner, champagne and dessert afterwards, followed by drinks at the local pub.
