Wow that's running really cool. Do the Sandybridge CPUs generally run cooler than the previous generations? My i7 860 (Lynnfield) idles at 38 and hits 69 under load, and that's with an AC Freezer 7 Pro as well.

Yes, Sandy's are much cooler compared to the previous gen CPUs.

Been thinking the silverstone sg08 case an this Asrock board will make a great setup looks like will have another month to save up my wallet is getting fat with all this waiting for items to be released into the UK.

Not had any money to spend on PCs for 2 years feeling flush at the moment.

I built a HTPC / Gaming machine for the Lounge using the following parts

Silverstone SG05-450w
Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3
i5 760 CPU
Corsair H50-1 Cooler
2 x 2GB Corsair Memory
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Western Digital 500GB Scorpio Black HD (Boot Drive)
Samsung HD204UI Spinpoint F4 2TB (storage Drive)

I'm very impressed with it, In fact I'm so impressed I wan't to transform my main rig (sig) in to a Mini-ITX as well

So far I'm looking at buying the ASRock Z68 boards, i7 2600K, 2 x 8GB Memory and carrying over the hard drive, GTX580 and Cooler from my current rig (sig). I really like the SG05 much more then the SG06 or SG07 and far more than any other ITX case but my GTX580 is going to cause me problems

As much as i would love to buy another SG05 I think my GTX580 will be too long so now my whole build is on hold until the SG08 is available. Funny thing is I still think the SG05 and it's smaller footprint still looks better.

My thoughts too Pumaz would like sg05 but want more space an power for the gpu so may get sg08 don't want go any bigger then that.
Glad I'm not in a great need to upgrade this month or next really everything case wise seems to not available yet.

All it involves is booting a Linux Live CD, extracting the DSDT (can tell you how) and telling me which BIOS you are on. I can explain all if someone wants to email me

What is this board like ?
Already built a mediacentre on the gigabyte H67 with an 13 2100t in an Antec ISK 300-150
Now looking to replace my main PC with z68 , i5 2500k and SG05BB
Have just bought a 6870 and bit worried it will be to long for the SG05
