Corsair 520W would be more than enough.

As above we'd need to know what size of monitor (and preferably the native resolution) to make a better judgement on the graphics card.

dunno yet havn't chosen, ill be running two but i was going to choose the monitors last

just had a look and the Samsung SM-2032BW Pebble 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor look good yet cheap enough to buy two is this a wise choice and if so any idea for the graphics card?

I would go for at least a ATI HD4850.

For a psu the OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w has been getting good reviews. I would have suggested a Enermax Modu/Pro 82+ 525w but OCUK don't sell them for some reason. I will not recommend a Corsair any longer. They are overpriced now and too many have been failing.
