If you can, the best card round the top end of your budget, is a 768mb NVidia 460, it will be much better than your current one, theyre around £125 but are considerably better than the cards cheaper than them, alternatively, the 5770 is around £100 if you want to stay within your budget

What about this which is in the Clearance B grade line

Your mobo supports 16x so it's just the measurements in case you need to check.
Bottom of add reads as follows;

Note: This card is 295mm in length so make sure it fits in your case! Also the cards require PCI-E x16 slots, they will not function in a x8 slot so for SLi you need dual x16 mainboard. Finally 600W minimum for PSU and 700W+ is recommended. Also make sure your PSU has true 8 pin PCI-Express connector rather than a 6+2 pin connector.

Like i said you have the slots & i reckon your PSU will cope it's just the length that needs checking.
Damn good card for a hundred quid though i reckon.

I'm sure others will come along with suggestion shortly. :)

wicked :D because i was looking on loads of websites and stuff to see if my mobo supported gddr5 but looks like all you need is a decent power suply and pci-e 16x?

This makes no sense, hardly any decent modern PSUs come with 'true' 8 pin connectors rather than 6+2s...

Also that card is very power hungry compared to the performance it offers.

Considering the rest of your rig I would suggest going for the 5770 (or maybe the GTX 460) as 95thrifles suggested. Even with the 5770 you'll be somewhat limited by your CPU in games.

edit: just checked the specs for the Hiper PSU seems you have 2x 6 pin (no 8 pin or 6+2 pin) so I definitely wouldn't suggest going for that 9800 GX2.
