Newbie question ragerding multiple HDD

I just bought a pc on which there is a 60Gb SSD and a 500Gb conventional HDD.
In explorer the SSD comes up as the C: drive but the HDD is missing.

In Disk Management the HDD is there but unallocated.

what do I do to make it usable?

Hi and welcome

Right click the unallocated volume, and select 'new volume' - follow the instructions and then it will be usable.
