newbie upgrade

so much information, I think 5820k is a definite change. is mobo choice good - or will xpower be better? was a big fan of asus but reviews have been awful. I might get into overclocking too - I have always fancied o'clocking.

That motherboard looks good... I have the Asus X99S with no issues & good overclock.
