Newbie wireless advice please

Hi i currently have my desktop connected to internet the usual wired way. A bt 220v asdl router. My girlfriend has just got a laptop. A dell1525 with a intel® Pro Wireless 3945 802.11a/b/g Mini-Card. Im looking for what to get to let her hook up to internet? CHEAP lol. Im happy to stay wired if that makes anything easier? Cheers. Her comp used for general browsing/email bebo type girl things.

I have seen wireless access points going for as little as £19.99. Or you could just get a wireless router.

Get someone to install it for you then otherwise you will cause problems. Best to leave it to the people who know how.

Im a person who like to do things themself. Not clueless with computers, just have no experience of wireless. Just hooking up the equipment fron my isp is all i ever needed to do. I have no vocabulary for wireless lol
