First time order here. Ordered a G11 keyboard on Sunday but there was a problem with card so cleared card with bank. Had to email customer service to kick system to let order through. Now in Warehouse queue for dispatch today. This will be two days not next day, do OCUK offer refunds on postage? :eek:
 
I would give them a call - technically its not OC's fault as it was your back holding back payment.

Would you send out an order before you got cleared funds?
 
Funds were cleared Sunday night as bank has 24/7 helpline. Have left note in customer service section of forum, see what they say.
 
From the OCUK T&Cs:

4.2 Orders placed before 4:30 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

4.6 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

So I wouldn't go expecting any refunds, especially as it was your card/bank not OCUK at fault and delaying the order.

Anyway, you got the lovely Logitech G11 keyboard for about £10 cheaper than anywhere else - not exactly a bad deal.

Yer but the funds were approved on Sunday night and the order hasn't been processed til today which is Tuesday and if I hadn't emailed it would probably be still stuck there. They state order will be processed Same day, order was there at 8am Monday and sat there doin nuffink til today. Not impressed.
 
OK, if you feel you have a grievance then you should post in the Customer service forum or give them a call.

This area of the forum doesn't deal with shop business, but lets people discuss hardware and fix technical problems with their system.
