Well not so much dress code because every club is different

But generally speaking, in clubs down Newquay is it all smart smart or just casual wear?

Jeans/pants, shoes/trainers and shirts is what my wardrobe will be packin

So basically, can you wear shorts and expect to get in clubs down there?

:p

Not sure about Newquay but I hate those daft rules  , got turned down in a club in Leeds because I was wearing trainers.

Just got back from newquay.. anything goes basically.

I did one night in shorts, most in 3/4 lengths and friday/ saturday in jeans.

Trainers are acceptable everywhere even on a saturday.

BTW Sailors is £10 entrance on a saturday, half price for girls (seriously how do they get away with that?!)

And for the rest of the week its usually £3 entrance, but again... FREE for girls.

^Love you dude, cheers

Oh isnt it compulsary for them to flash their boobs?

:p

I've just been to Newquay. It seems most clubs don't have any sort of dress code, although we got turned away by one because we were wearing matching T-shirts (as many people do on those sorts of holidays). I suppose we only went round a fairly small part of the town so there may be more clubs with dress codes. But it's safe to say there will be plenty of places to go if you don't want to dress up for it.

Newquay isn't really the sophistication capital of the country to be honest. You could probably get into most of the bars wearing a bin liner.

Panzer

Dress code in Newquay :p Don't make me laugh.
Quick answer, No there is no dress code anywhere in Newquay the place is far to cool for that BS.

You won't find any strict dress codes in clubs in cornwall full stop!

recently I've been in walkabout and barracuda wearing tights and bright yellow breifs ;d

Haha true. I must say it was the gayest holiday I have ever been on. Although that's probably more to do with my friends than the place :p

Considering nearly all places around the country has chavs and kids finishing school its not surprising really, newquay and cornwall in general has less than its fair share that is for sure.

Also criticism of newquay from someone who lives in the aspiring metropolis of plymouth?.....please.

Do you see me denying Plymouth is also full of them?

Newquay is where they all go for a holiday.
